The Print Budget feature allows you to preview, download, and print a complete budget report containing your budget data, bank account information, Cashflow summaries, and GST information.
To print a budget, you'll first open Print Preview, where you can review the report before downloading or printing it.
1. Open Print Preview
To print a budget, you can open Print Preview in two ways:
From the Budget Home Page, above the Working Capital Availability Chart
From the Quick View Toolbar in the Budget Grid
Selecting either option opens Print Preview in a new browser tab.
Please note: Print Preview does not automatically refresh. If you make changes to your budget after opening the preview, close the tab and relaunch Print Preview to generate an updated report.
2. Cover Page
The first page of the report contains key information about your budget, including:
Business Name
ABN
Budget Name
Budget Duration
Start and End Month
Whether the budget was imported from Agrimaster 6.5
Budget Source
Budget Type
Creation Date and Time
Created By
Date and Time Last Modified
Printed By
Print Date and Time
3. Bank Accounts Configuration
The cover page also includes your Bank Accounts Configuration.
This section displays:
All bank accounts assigned to the budget
Bank account details
Opening balances
Primary Account overdraft limit (if configured)
4. GST Configuration
The cover page also includes your GST Configuration.
This section displays:
GST Opening Balance
Assigned GST Bank Account
GST Payable or Refundable from Previous Period
GST Payable or Refundable from Previous Period Month
BAS Frequency
Customised Remittance Months
5. Budget Grid
The Budget Grid displays your budget data organised by Major Headings:
Receipts
GST-IN
Payments
GST-OUT
Each Major Heading is printed on a separate page.
Within each section you'll see:
Group Headings
Budget Codes
Budget values
Only Budget Codes containing data are included in the report. Budget Codes with no values are not printed.
The Receipts section displays:
Total Receipts
Total GST-IN
The Payments section displays:
Total Payments
Total GST-OUT
6. Bank Account Summary
Following the Budget Grid is the Bank Account Summary.
This section displays:
Bank account details for each account
Opening balances
Running balances
Cashflow activity (including and excluding GST)
Total of Balances across all bank accounts
7. Cashflow Summary
The Cashflow Summary provides the same Cashflow information available within the Budget Grid.
This section displays:

Total Cashflow (including GST)
Cashflow In
Cashflow Out
-
Total Cashflow (excluding GST)
Cashflow In
Cashflow Out
Running Cashflow Effect
8. Tax Summary
The final section of the report is the Tax Summary.
This section displays:
GST Summary
GST Owed or Payable
GST Return Owed or Payable
9. Download or Print Your Budget
Once you've reviewed the report in Print Preview, you can:
Select Download to save the report to your computer.
Select Print to print the report.
Please note:
For budgets longer than 12 months, Agrimaster 10 currently prints the entire budget period. Printing a single year or selected date range is not yet supported.
The Bank Account Summary, Cashflow Summary, and Tax Summary are included at the end of the report and display combined totals across the full budget period.
