The Quick View Toolbar provides navigation and view options that help you move through your budget and control how information is displayed in Agrimaster 10.
1. Anchor Points
The first group of buttons are anchor points, which allow you to quickly jump to different sections of the budget grid without scrolling.
Available anchor points include:
Accounts
Budget
Cashflow Summary
Tax Summary
Select any anchor point to move directly to that section of the budget.
2. View Options
The View Options allow you to control the level of detail displayed in the budget grid.
You can choose from three views:
Major Heading – Displays only the major headings in the budget
Group Heading – Displays groups within each major heading
Budget Code – Expands all headings to display every budget code
These options allow you to quickly switch between a summary view and a detailed view of your budget.
3. Print Preview
Select Print Preview to open a preview of the budget before printing.
This allows you to review how the budget will appear when printed.
4. Hide or Show Unused Codes
The Hide Unused Codes option hides budget codes that do not currently contain any data.
This allows you to focus only on the codes being used in your budget.
When enabled, the button will change to Show Unused Codes
Selecting it again will display the hidden codes
5. Period View Selector
The Period View Selector allows you to control which time period is displayed in the budget.
By default, the full-year budget view is shown.
To change the view:
Click the Period View Selector.
Select a period from the drop-down list.
Agrimaster automatically creates default period views based on the length of your budget.
For example:
A three-year budget will include three yearly periods.
6. Add a Custom Date Range
You can also create your own custom date range.
Click the Period View Selector.
Select Add Custom Date Range.
Choose the start date and end date.
Click Add.
The new period will appear in the drop-down list.
7. Rename a Custom Date Range
You can rename your custom period to make it easier to recognise.
Select the ellipses icon (three dots) next to the date range.
Choose Edit date range name.
Enter your preferred name.
Click Confirm.
Selecting your custom date range will open that period view.
To return to the full-year view, click the Period View Selector and choose the full-year budget date range.
