Save Functionality | Agrimaster 10

This article explains how the Save Functionality works in Agrimaster 10, including manual saving, automatic saving, and unsaved changes.

1. Save Functionality

Agrimaster 10 is a web-based application, meaning all budgets, data, and changes are securely stored in the cloud within Australia.

As you work within a budget and make changes:

  • The Save button will become active.

  • A counter will appear in the top-right corner of the Save button.
  • The counter displays the number of unsaved changes.

If you make another change, the Save button will become active again.

2. Automatic Saving

Agrimaster 10 will automatically save your work in certain situations.

For example

  • If you make changes and then navigate using the navigation bar, Agrimaster 10 will automatically save before loading the next page.

This ensures the latest budget information is reflected across the application, including the Working Capital Availability chart in the Budget Home Page.

3. Logging Out with Unsaved Changes

If you attempt to log out while there are unsaved changes, Agrimaster 10 will display a warning message.

You can then choose to:

  • Confirm and continue logging out without saving

  • Cancel and return to your budget

If you cancel, you can save your changes before logging out.

4. Unsaved Changes

Unsaved changes can still be lost if:

  • Your computer loses power

  • Your internet connection drops before saving

  • Your browser closes or crashes

  • The browser tab or window is closed before saving

  • You click your browser’s Back button while working in Agrimaster 10

To avoid losing changes, regularly click Save while working in your budget.
