Budget Home Page | Agrimaster 10

The Budget Home Page brings your budgets together into a single, structured view.

From the Budget Home Page, you can access your active budget, review recent budgets, create new budgets, import existing budgets, and manage key settings for your active budget.

1. At the top of the Budget Home Page

You will find options for:

  • Create New Budget

  • Import Budget

  • Help Centre

Create a New Budget

  • Select Create New Budget

This opens the Create New Budget Wizard, where you can choose how you would like to create your budget.

The available options include:

  • Create New Budget

  • Create Budget From Actuals Data

  • Create Year in Year Out Budget *

  • Copy Budget for Variation *

Select the option that matches the type of budget you want to create.

* Please note that these features are not currently available for Agrimaster 10 Beta

Import a Budget

If you would like to bring in an existing budget, select Import Budget.

This allows you to import an existing budget into Agrimaster 10.

Please note that this feature is not currently available for Agrimaster 10 Beta

Access the Help Centre

Next to the budget creation options, you will see the Help Centre button.

This will take you to the Agrimaster Help Centre, where you can access guides and support materials.

2. Active Budget

Next, you will see the Active Budget tile.

This shows the budget you are currently working on.

Your Active Budget is highlighted in blue for easy identification.

The Active Budget tile displays key information, including:

  • Budget Period

  • Last Modified Date

  • Created Date

To open the Budget Grid for your active budget, select the Active Budget tile.

3. Recent Budgets

Next to the Active Budget tile, you will see your Recent Budgets.

The Budget Home Page displays your two most recent budgets.

Selecting a Recent Budget Tile will open that budget and set it as the active budget.

4. View All Budgets

To view and manage all budgets, select View All Budgets.

This opens the View All Budgets Modal.

From here, you can:

  • Search for budgets

  • Edit budget details

  • Delete budgets

  • Create or manage budget type tags

5. Active Budget Details

Below the budget tiles, you will find the Active Budget Details section.

This section provides access to the settings and tools for your active budget.

6. Manage Bank Accounts

To manage the Bank Account Settings assigned to the active budget, select Manage Bank Accounts.

This opens the Manage Bank Accounts Modal, where you can make changes to the bank accounts included in the budget.

7. Manage GST Settings

To manage GST Settings for the active budget, select GST Setup.

This opens the GST Setup Modal, where you can configure the GST settings for the budget.

8. Working Capital Availability

The Active Budget Details section also includes the Working Capital Availability chart.

This provides a monthly view of your projected cash position across the budget period.

The Working Capital Availability chart combines the balance of your Primary Bank Account and overdraft capacity to show your total working capital available each month.

This helps you understand when cash is available, identify potential shortfalls, plan or re-plan upcoming expenses, and make more informed financial decisions throughout the budget period.

9. Rename a Budget

You can rename your active budget from the Active Budget Details section.

To rename the active budget:

  1. Select Rename Budget.

  2. Update the budget name.

  3. Save your changes.

10. Print Preview

If you would like to preview the budget before printing, select Print Preview.

This will open a print preview of the active budget.
