This article provides an overview of Agrimaster 10 and explains the key areas of the platform, including the Budget Home Page, Quick View Toolbar, Budget Grid and more.
1. Cloud-Based
Agrimaster 10 is a modern, cloud-based budgeting platform built specifically for farm businesses. It has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, making it simpler to budget, report and analyse your financial data.
Because Agrimaster 10 is cloud-based:
No installation is required.
Your data is securely saved in the cloud.
Sign up manually or quickly with Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
2. Budget Home Page
After logging in, you will arrive at the Budget Home Page.
The Budget Home Page is your central workspace for managing budgets within Agrimaster 10.
From the top left of the Budget Home Page, you can:
Import Budget (Feature not yet available)
Access the Help Centre
Active Budget
Your Active Budget is the budget you're currently working on and is highlighted with a blue outline.
Recent Budgets
To the right of your Active Budget tile, you can quickly access recently opened budgets.
View All Budgets
Select View All Budgets to:
Open existing budgets
Manage draft budgets
Review historical budgets
Access alternative scenario budgets
Settings
From the Budget Home Page, you can also manage:
GST Settings
Working Capital Availability Chart
The Working Capital Availability Chart helps you monitor your projected cash position throughout the budget period.
By combining your monthly balances, available overdraft, and visual cashflow trends, it provides a clear overview of your projected financial position.
This helps you:
Identify potential cash shortfalls
Plan or re-plan upcoming expenses
Make more informed financial decisions throughout the budget period
3. Save Functionality
When you open a budget, the Budget Grid will display.
At the top of the Budget Grid is the Save Functionality.
When changes are made, the Save button becomes active.
To avoid losing changes, regularly click the save button while working.
4. Quick View Toolbar
The Quick View Toolbar helps you navigate your budget and control how information is displayed.

Budget
Cashflow Summary
Tax Summary
Customise Budget Display
You can customise how the budget is displayed by selecting Budget View Options:
Major Heading
Group Heading
Budget Code
Print Preview
Select Print Preview to save and print a budget report containing your budget data, account information, cashflow summaries, and tax information.
Customise Your View

Hide or unhide used or unused Budget Cides

Select a specific range of periods to display

Move forward or backward across the budget timeline using navigation controls
5. Budget Grid
The Budget Grid is the central workspace for building and managing your budget.

Accounts Section
At the top of the Budget Grid is the Accounts Section.
Here you will see:
Total of Balances: shows the combined total of all bank account balances across the budget
Accounts: The period currently being viewed
The first account displayed is your selected Primary Account
Below this, each individual account is listed separately under Additional Accounts
For each account, you can view:
Running Balance (including GST)
Opening Balance
Cashflow Activity (excluding GST)
Budget Section
Below the Accounts Section is the Budget Section.
At the highest level, you will see four major headings:
Receipts
GST-In
Payments
GST-Out
The grid includes collapsible headers, allowing you to expand or collapse sections as needed.
Cashflow Summary
Below the Budget Section is the Cashflow Summary.
This section displays:

Cashflow, inclusive of GST
Cashflow In and Out

Cashflow, exclusive of GST
Cashflow In and Out
This provides a quick comparison of your overall cashflow position throughout the budget.
Tax Summary
At the bottom of the Budget Grid is the Tax Summary section.
This area provides a consolidated view of your GST position for the current budget, including:
GST Owed or Payable, including the Opening Balance
GST Return Owed or Payable
6. Logging Out
To log out of Agrimaster 10:
Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen where your name is displayed
Click the dropdown menu
Select Log Out
