Overview of Agrimaster 10

This article provides an overview of Agrimaster 10 and explains the key areas of the platform, including the Budget Homepage, Budget View Toolbar, Budget Grid and more.

1. Cloud-Based

Agrimaster 10 is a modern, cloud-based budgeting platform built specifically for farm businesses. It has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, making it simpler to budget, report and analyse your financial data.

Because Agrimaster 10 is cloud-based:

• No installation is required.

• Your data is securely saved in the cloud.

• Sign up manually or quickly with Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google, Microsoft, or Apple.

2. Budget Homepage

After logging in, you will arrive at the Budget Homepage.

The Budget Homepage is your central workspace for managing budgets within Agrimaster 10.

From the top left of the Budget Homepage, you can:

• Create New Budget

• Import Budget

• Access the Help Centre

Active Budget

Next, you will see your Active Budget, the budget you are currently working on.

As well as your Recent Budgets.

View All Budgets

Click View All Budgets to:

• Open and review historical budgets

• Manage draft budgets

• Access alternative scenario budgets

Settings

From the Budget Homepage, you can also manage:

• Bank Account Settings

• GST Settings

3. (Budget) Quick View Toolbar

When you open a budget, the Budget Grid will display.

At the top of the grid is the (Budget) Quick View Toolbar.

The toolbar allows you to navigate quickly and control how information is displayed.

Anchor Points

Use the anchor points to move directly to:

• Accounts

• Budget

• Cashflow Summary

• Tax Summary

Customise Budget Display

You can customise how the budget is displayed by selecting:

• Major Heading view

• Group Heading view

• Budget Code view

Customise Your View

• Hide or unhide used or unused budget codes

  

• Select a specific range of periods to display

  

• Move forward or backward across the budget timeline using navigation controls

  

4. Budget Grid

The Budget Grid is the central workspace for building and managing your budget. View the full breakdown of the Budget Grid here.

Accounts Section

At the top of the grid is the Accounts Section.

Here you will see:

• Total of Balances: shows the combined total of all bank accounts

• Accounts: The period currently being viewed

• The first account displayed is your selected Primary Account

• Below this, each individual account is listed separately under Additional Accounts

For each account, you can view:

• Running Balance

• Opening Balance

• Cashflow Activity

Budget Section

Below the Accounts Section is the Budget Section.

At the highest level, you will see four major headings:

• Receipts

• GST-In

• Payments

• GST-Out

The grid includes collapsible headers, allowing you to expand or collapse sections as needed.

Cashflow Summary

Below the Budget Section is the Cashflow Summary.

This section displays:

• Total Cash Surplus for the budget

• Cashflow In

• Cashflow Out

This view is inclusive of GST.

Directly below, you can also view the Cash Surplus Excluding GST.

Tax Summary

At the bottom of the grid is the Tax Summary section.

This area provides a consolidated view of your GST position for the current budget, including:

• GST Owed To or By You

• Previous GST Payable or Refundable

5. Logging Out

To log out of Agrimaster 10:

1. Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen where your name is displayed

2. Click the dropdown menu

3. Select Log Out
