Create a Voucher & Complete Subscription | Agrimaster 10

Creating a Voucher Code links your Agrimaster subscription to Agrimaster 10. This guide walks you through creating your voucher in File Manager and validating it during the Agrimaster 10 subscription process.

Please note: Customer Success will activate your voucher code during your onboarding call.

1. Before you begin

Make sure you have:

• Access to File Manager
• Your Agrimaster user number
• An active Agrimaster Standard or Agrimaster-Plus subscription

2. Open File Manager

• Launch File Manager on your device.

• If you haven’t created a voucher yet, you’ll see the Agrimaster 10 banner with a Get Started button. 
  
  Please note: Customer Success will activate your voucher code during your onboarding call. Until then, the Agrimaster 10 banner will not be visible.
   

• Select Get Started.

3. Select Your Subscription

• If you have multiple subscriptions, they will be listed. 
  Please note: Only Budgets created in the last 5 years will appear.

• Select the subscription you want to link to your Agrimaster 10 voucher.

4. Enter Your Email Address

• Enter a valid email address. 
  Please note: A copy of your voucher code will be sent to this email address.

5. Create Your Voucher Code

• Select Create Voucher.

Your unique voucher code will:

• Display on screen
• Be sent to your email address

6. Copy Your Voucher and Open Agrimaster 10

• Click Copy to save your voucher code to your clipboard.

• Select Open Agrimaster 10 to open the Agrimaster 10 login page.

7. Log in to Agrimaster 10

Log in to Agrimaster 10 using the email address you registered with.

Please note:

• If you've already completed your registration, you'll be taken directly to the Subscription step where you can enter your voucher code.
• If you haven't registered yet, complete either the Manual Registration or Single Sign-On (SSO) Registration process first. Once complete, login and you'll reach the Subscription step where you can enter your voucher code to link your subscription.

8. Validate Your Voucher

Enter:

• Your Agrimaster user number
• Your 12 Digit Voucher Code

Select Validate Voucher.

9. Confirm Your Business Details

Once your voucher has been validated, Agrimaster 10 will automatically display the business details linked to your Agrimaster 6.5 account.

This includes:

• Business Name
• ABN
• Legal Entity Name

These details cannot be edited on this page. Carefully check that the information is correct.

Important: If any of the details are incorrect, contact our Customer Success team before continuing.

10. Payment confirmation: No Action Required

• Next, you’ll be taken to the Payment confirmation page. No action is required here.

• Select Save and Continue.
