Total Defense Antivirus

Users who are running Total Defense antivirus will need to add the Agrimaster to the exclusions list to avoid issues with installing, updating and running the program
  
To do this you will need to add the following in the security settings:
 

Step 1 - Exclusions

  • C:\users\Public\Agrimaster
  • C:\Programs Files (x86)\Agrimaster
  • C:\Programs Data\Agrimaster
  1. Open the Total Defense program from the taskbar by clicking the small up arrow.

  2. Right-click on the Total Defense icon
  3. Click the "Security" icon from within the Total Defense Console or the Navigation on the left.

  4. Click the "Settings" icon

  5. Select the "Exclusions" tab and click on "Browse"

  6. Add Files/Folders

  7. Use the arrows on the left to navigate to the designated folder

  8. Select which files/folders you want to be excluded on the right

  9. then, click "Add Files/Folders"

  10. Click the "Apply" button

Step 2 - Application Exclusions

  • C:\Programs Files (x86)\Agrimaster\service\Agrimaster.service.exe
  • C:\Programs Files (x86)\Agrimaster\AGW.exe

     

  1. Open the Total Defense program from the taskbar by clicking the small up arrow.

  2. Right-click on the Total Defense icon
  3. Click the "Security" icon from within the Total Defense Console or the Navigation on the left.

  4. Click the "Settings" icon

  5. Select the "Applications Exclusions" tab then click "Browse"

  6. Add Files/Folders

  7. Use the arrows on the left to navigate to the folder your application is located

  8. Select the application(s) on the right

  9. Then, click "Add Applications"

Step 3 - Restart your computer

Restart your computer and now try opening, installing or updating agrimaster now.
