The below article applies to users who are trying to upgrade to Agrimaster 6.5.0 are blocked due to their antivirus solution, Kaspersky Total Security.
For users who use Kaspersky Total Security as their antivirus solution, File Manager may block downloading and opening of files even when they are correctly licensed.
This is because Kaspersky blocks the Agrimaster service from accessing the network services.
To fix the issue, complete the following steps:
- Open Kaspersky Support link to review the steps suggested by Kaspersky.
- Open Kaspersky Total Security installed on your computer.
- Open the settings window and follow the steps to allow access to agrimaster.service.exe to the list of allowed services as shown.

Once this is done, login to Agrimaster.
