- If you enter your online banking credentials incorrectly too many times, you may be blocked from trying again for a while. You may also have a limited number of attempts:
- If you make another failed attempt, you may see a similar message to the below:
- You will then be taken to the below screen where you will need to wait before trying to connect the Bank Feed again:
- The time frame to wait before trying again after being blocked can vary depending on your bank and could take between 10 minutes to 30 minutes for you can try again.
