My CSV File Is Not Automatically Opening/Importing

This article explains what to do if Bank Feeds fails to automatically import.

When in the reconciliation process, if you see the below pop up to select a CSV file, it means that your Bank Feeds is not setup correctly:

When using Bank Feeds, the following message or similar should always present itself when using internet banking on your reconciliation screen:
