If you enter your banking credentials incorrectly, you may see a message appear that says 'Please match the requested format' after you click 'Submit Credentials':
This format is set by the bank and will be different for each bank. For example, in the above screenshot for Bankwest, you are asked to enter a Personal Access Number.
For Commonwealth bank, you need to enter a Client Number:
