Logo Troubleshooting For Basic/Enhanced Invoicing

This article will explain how to troubleshoot logo errors when using basic/enhanced invoicing. 

My Logo Is Too Big?

There are many ways you can resize your photos.

  1. We recommend using a default image editor that comes with Windows 10 or any third-party photo editing software.
  2. Ensure that the logo has been cropped to a square with the dimensions of 187px x 187px (5cm x 5cm). 
  3. To save the image, select the Save as type to 2D - Bitmap (*.bmp) file.step_2.PNG
  4. Save the file to the following directory:
    C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\work\yourusernumber

My Logos Arent Appearing On Another Computer?

Your logos only save locally, meaning, the computer, not the cloud. If you have another computer you will need to get a copy of the file and place it in the following directory:
C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\work\yourusernumber

Can't Locate The Logo

Please make sure you have saved the logo in your work folder.

As previously mentioned:

C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\work\yourusernumber

I Can't See My Logo On Basic Invoicing?

In Basic Invoicing, if you can't see your logo on your invoice. This may be because you are in preview mode. In the preview mode, your logo will not display. 

The solution to this is to print your document, you can do this on paper or save it as a PDF file on your computer.
