We provide you with 3 templates that cover the most common employment agreements we have encountered in our previous experience setting up payroll files for clients.
Agrimaster 38
This is based on:
- a 38-hour week
- 4 weeks Annual Leave
- 10 days Sick Leave
- Superannuation is calculated at 10.5% and is capped at 38 hours per week
- Long Service Leave after 10 years
- Leave Loading at 17.5%.
- The part-Time option gives you a pro-rata for the above
- The casual option has no leave other than long service leave
Agrimaster 40
This is based on:
- a 40-hour week
- 4 weeks Annual Leave
- 10 days Sick Leave
- Superannuation is calculated at 10.5% and is capped at 40 hours per week
- Long service leave after 10 years
- Leave loading at 17.5%
- Part-time option gives you a pro-rata for the above
- Casual option has no leave other than long service leave
Agrimaster 50
This is based on:
- a 50-hour week
- 4 weeks Annual Leave
- 10 days Sick Leave
- Superannuation is calculated at 10.5% and is capped at 50 hours per week
- Long service leave after 10 years
- Leave loading at 17.5%
- The part-time option gives you a pro-rata for the above
- Casual option has no leave other than long service leave
If none of these templates suits your business requirements, edit the one that most closely matches your situation.
You also have the option to setup your own award from scratch, however, if you have little payroll setup experience we do not recommend this option and advise editing one of Agrimaster's templates.
