Asset Notes

Once an asset has been added to the system, you can make notes about this asset in the Notes box. This can be used to record service history or any other relevant information about what has happened to an asset. 

To record notes against an asset:

  1. From the Home Page 
  1. Click Assets & Stock 
  1. Click Asset Register 
  1. The Asset Register will open. Click on Add New  or Edit 

  1. The Set Asset Details window opens. Select the Notes Tab 
  1. The Notes section opens
    • Add your notes
    • Click the green tick to save your notes against the asset
