Processing Status Explained

This article explains what Processing Status is, what the statuses mean and why it is important.

The Processing Status is located in the File Overview screen for the 2 most recent revisions of your file. It lets you know when your data is ready to be used in File Manager.

 

The Processing Status has been introduced to show if the data inside your Agrimaster file has been extracted and available. This is a prerequisite for KeyPay and Bank Feeds.

The data required from your file for STP software, Bank Feeds or KeyPay will not be available until the transfer of data has been Successful.

 

Status What does this mean? What do I do? 

Not started

The process has not begun.

The file can be opened, however, the latest data from your Agrimaster file required by KeyPay and/or Bank Feeds may not be available and changes made in the file will not be visible in Bank Feeds or Payroll tabs.

In Progress

The process is in progress.

The latest data is still being received. The file can be opened however the latest data from your Agrimaster file required by KeyPay and/or Bank Feeds may not be available. Please allow up to 10 minutes for processing.

Failed

The process has failed.  Please contact Customer Support when this appears.

Successful

The process has succeeded and data required for File Manager or Agrimaster is available. 

The file can be opened and the latest data from your Agrimaster file required by KeyPay and/or Bank Feeds will be available.

 

Note: There are times when the processing status may show as 'Not Started' or 'In Progress' for an extended period of time. This may be due to your internet connection. Please contact Customer Support if your file has been processing for a long period of time so that we can investigate.
