Copy Logs To Send To Customer Support

To assist the Customer Support team with investigating an issue, you can attach the Agrimaster logs to a support ticket.


  1. Open File Explorer mceclip0.pngand navigate to C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\Logs.
  2. Copy the below log files from the date the error or issue occurred and paste them into an email or attach them to a support ticket:
    • Agrimasterservice_date.log.
    • AgrimasterUpdater_date.log.
    • AgrimasterInstall_date.log.
    • AgrimasterLauncher_date.log.
    • APM.log.
  3. You can also copy any other log with the latest date or the date the error or issue occurred.blobid0.jpg

Please note: We need a copy of the log file, not a copy and paste of the text inside the log file.
