There are many different channels you can use to contact the Customer Support team:
- You can visit our Help Centre
Use the search bar above to find the relevant help article to resolve any query. We add new articles frequently and many known issues have solutions documented here.
- You can call the Customer Support number on 08 6380 8800: You might get through quickly or you might have to wait in the queue. If there are too many calls already in the queue you may have to leave a voicemail. Our Customer Support officers that answer the phone will try to solve the issue for you on the call. If further investigation is required, a ticket will be created and logged into the queue.
- You can submit a ticket: Your ticket will go straight into the queue to be reviewed and you may receive a response faster this way during busy periods here
- You can book a designated call: This is done through the support calendar with allocated date and time slots in the week. This is for issues that don't stop you from working and we recommend you call us or submit a ticket if you need help. You can book a support call here.
