To assist the Customer Support team with investigating an issue, you can attach the Agrimaster logs to a support ticket.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\Logs.
- Copy the below log files from the date the error or issue occurred and paste them into an email or attach them to a support ticket:
- You can also copy any other log with the latest date or the date the error or issue occurred.
Please note: We need a copy of the log file, not a copy and paste of the text inside the log file.
