This article is for users who have backed up their file to File Manager previously but are currently using email/USB to back up and share the file.
Note: When you open a file from USB/email the following message appears. The only way to open a file is through File Manager once you are on Release 6.5.0.
Instructions on how to open the file in File Manager:
- Update Agrimaster to the latest version
- Move the file you want to open from your email/USB to:
C:\Users\Public\Agrimaster\work\'User Number'.
If your user number folder doesn't exist then create a folder and move it into the new folder.
File Manager will automatically create a user number folder next time when you log in to File Manager. - To open Agrimaster, double click on the icon on your Desktop.
- Log in to File Manager:
- If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password to reset and follow the instructions.
- After updating to Release 6.5.0, launching File Manager may take some time as Agrimaster is initialising in the background. Whilst this is occurring, the loading icon will appear on the screen.
- In File Manager, a list of Agrimaster files will now appear.
- Check if you file is licenced. If your file is licenced skip to Step 8.
If a file does not auto-match to an existing Agrimaster licence, it will appear as locked and unlicenced. - If it's greyed out, click Learn More and follow the instructions to assign a licence to the file.
- When you open the file again, you will now be able to see the latest version of the file uploaded to File Manager.
- Check if you file is licenced. If your file is licenced skip to Step 8.
8. If your file is already licenced and it is not greyed out:
- Click 'Refresh License' as shown below:
- You will then get the following notification. Read and Close.
- When you open the file again, you will now be able to see the latest version of the file uploaded to File Manager.
