Previous Payroll Payments From Your Old Payroll System (New Wagemaster Customers Only) 

This help article is only for users who migrated to Wagemaster this financial year from another payroll product. If you did not migrate to Wagemaster during this financial year, skip to the next step: Bring Your Year To Date Totals Into Wagemaster.

Changed To Wagemaster This Financial Year

If the answer is yes, then you have two choices: 

1. Produce ATO Payment Summaries for the first part of the year from your old software product then, produce them again from Wagemaster for the remainder of the year. 
   • This means no work for you in Wagemaster but does not apply if you migrated to Wagemaster with your payroll data from the first part of the year. 
2. Produce ATO Payment Summaries for the whole year from Wagemaster.
   • Requires you to ensure that the value of all pays from your old payroll software product is present in Wagemaster ready for your end of year processing. This includes any employees terminated in your old system in the first part of the year along with the value of their pays.
