Copying Full Budgets

To copy a Full Budget and all the worksheets and Grain Income Calculators, you will need to:

1. Start at the Home Page 
2. Click Budget 
3. Click Full Budget 
4. Click Copy Budget 
   

Options: You can choose to shift dates forward 1 year if full budget is to be used for a future year. Choose copy attached worksheets to also copy all worksheets attached to this budget.

To see what worksheets are attached to a budget, go to Change Budget Setup and view which worksheets have been selected to be included on the new budget. 

Prefix & Suffix: Copied worksheets and Gain income sets have to be renamed as well. Instead of separately naming all worksheets and Grain Income Calculator sets, you can choose to add text either end of the existing name i.e. a prefix will be added to the beginning and a suffix will be added to the end.

 (e.g. Prefix: Plan B Cropping 19/20 or Suffix: Cropping 19/20 Copy)

We strongly recommend you rename your worksheets after you have copied a year forward and if you used either a prefix or suffix, because you will otherwise end up with worksheet names that don't make much sense.
