Agrimaster Bank Feeds 3.0, powered by Fiskil Open Banking, allows you to securely connect your bank accounts and import bank transactions into Agrimaster 6.5.
Important: Agrimaster's previous Illion Bank Feeds technology is being retired, and existing connections will stop working from 3 December 2026.
To continue importing your bank transactions, you must migrate your existing Illion Bank Feeds to Bank Feeds 3.0 before this date.
This article will guide you through disconnecting your existing Illion Bank Feeds and setting up your new Fiskil Bank Feeds.
Before You Begin: Enable Open Banking
Before setting up Bank Feeds 3.0 in Agrimaster, you must ensure that Open Banking is enabled at both the business and personal user levels with your banking institution.
You can do this by:
Contacting your Business Banker to enable Open Banking.
Accessing your Internet Banking and enabling the Open Banking data-sharing feature.
If you experience any issues enabling Open Banking, please refer to our Bank Feeds 3.0 FAQs.
Please note: The location of the Open Banking setting varies between banking institutions. Generally, you'll find the data-sharing option within the administration or settings section of your Internet Banking.
Step 1. Disconnect Your Existing Illion Bank Feeds
Before creating your new Bank Feeds 3.0 connection, you'll need to disconnect your existing Illion Bank Feeds in File Manager.
Open File Manager in your internet browser.
If your Agrimaster file is open, close it and back up your file to File Manager.
Check that you're using the latest version of Agrimaster by selecting Check for Updates.
In the Update Profile section, verify that the email address and phone number are correct for the Primary User who owns the Subscription.
Please note: Phone numbers must not contain spaces, special characters or text entries such as 'N/A' or ‘no phone number’.Make sure you’re using the Agrimaster Subscription (file) containing the Illion Bank Feeds you'd like to disconnect.
From the File Manager overview page, select the Bank Accounts tab.
Navigate to the Bank Feeds tab.
Locate the banking institution containing your existing Illion Bank Feeds.
Select Disconnect Bank Feed at the banking institution level.
When prompted to confirm, select Disconnect All.
Repeat this process for every banking institution with existing Illion Bank Feeds.
Once you've disconnected all existing Illion Bank Feeds, log out of File Manager and log back in to refresh your session. You can then proceed with setting up Agrimaster Bank Feeds 3.0.
Repeat these steps for any other Agrimaster Subscriptions (files) that have Illion Bank Feeds set up.
Important: Disconnect at the banking institution level
There are two ways to disconnect a Bank Feed:
Individual bank account level: For example, ANZ Access Advantage.
Banking institution level: For example, ANZ.
For migration, you must select Disconnect Bank Feed at the banking institution level.
This will disconnect all Illion Bank Feeds associated with that institution and automatically remove their existing account mappings to Agrimaster 6.5.
Please note: Selecting Disconnect Mapping only removes the mapping for an individual bank account. It does not disconnect all accounts associated with that banking institution.
Once you've disconnected all existing Illion Bank Feeds, you're ready to create your new Bank Feeds 3.0 connection.
Step 2. Create a New Bank Feed
You can set up Bank Feeds 3.0 from either the Bank Accounts or Bank Feeds tab in File Manager.
Ensure you're the Primary Owner of the Subscription, as only the Primary Owner can make these changes.
Navigate to the Bank Accounts or Bank Feeds tab in File Manager.
Select Create New Bank Feed.
You'll now be guided through the Fiskil Open Banking connection process.
Review the information provided, then select Continue to Fiskil.
Step 3. Connect Your Bank
On this page, you can review the information that will be accessed through your banking institution, including:
Your account details, balances and transaction information.
Why Agrimaster requires this information and how long your data will be shared.
Your Open Banking consent period, which is valid for up to 12 months. After this period, you'll need to renew your authorisation to continue receiving bank transactions.
Once you've reviewed this information, select Continue.
Step 4. Select Your Banking Institution
Next, you'll see a list of supported banking institutions.
Find and select the bank you'd like to connect.
Select Continue.
You'll be redirected to your bank's secure authorisation process.
Please note: Each banking institution has its own verification process, so the screens and steps may vary depending on your bank.
Step 5. Verify Your Identity and Select Your Bank Accounts
Follow your banking institution's instructions to verify your identity. This may involve entering a verification code or completing another security check.
Once verified, review the list of bank accounts available for connection.
Select the bank accounts you'd like to connect to Agrimaster.
Continue to the next step.
Best practice: We recommend selecting all the bank accounts you'd like to connect from the same banking institution in one session.
What if a bank account doesn't appear?
If a bank account doesn't appear in your account list, the Open Banking data-sharing option may not be enabled at both the business and personal user levels with your banking institution.
To enable this feature:
Contact your bank for assistance.
Refer to the Open Banking setup instructions available through your Internet Banking.
Step 6. Review and Confirm Your Connection
Review your selected bank accounts to ensure everything is correct.
Select Confirm data sharing.
Wait while your banking institution processes the connection and Agrimaster retrieves your bank account information and available transaction data.
Once complete, you'll see a confirmation that your connection has been successfully established.
Please note: Establishing your connection may take a few minutes.
Step 7. Map Your Bank Accounts to Agrimaster 6.5
Once your Bank Feeds 3.0 connection is established, you'll need to map your connected bank accounts in File Manager to their corresponding accounts in Agrimaster 6.5.
In File Manager, navigate to the Bank Feeds tab.
Locate the banking institution and bank account you'd like to map.
Identify your newly connected bank accounts by the Connected via Fiskil Open Banking label.
For each bank account, use the dropdown menu to select the corresponding Agrimaster account.
Under the Action header, select Confirm.
A notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen confirming that your bank account has been successfully connected.
Check that the account displays Connected under the Status header.
Repeat these steps for any additional bank accounts you've connected.
Please note: If your bank account doesn't appear in the list, it may not have been previously connected to Bank Feeds.
Refer to the Setup Internet Banking help article for further instructions, or raise a support ticket for assistance.
Step 8. Disconnect a Bank Feed or Account Mapping (Optional)
You can disconnect an individual bank account or remove an entire Bank Feeds 3.0 connection from File Manager.
Disconnect an Individual Account Mapping
To remove the connection between an individual bank account and Agrimaster 6.5:
Navigate to the Bank Feeds tab in File Manager.
Locate the bank account you'd like to unmap.
Select Disconnect Mapping.
This removes the account mapping without disconnecting the bank feed itself.
Disconnect an Entire Bank Feed Connection
To disconnect all Bank Feeds 3.0 accounts associated with a banking institution:
Navigate to the Bank Feeds tab in File Manager.
Locate the relevant banking institution.
Select Disconnect Bank Feed.
Important: This will disconnect the bank feed connection and all associated accounts for that banking institution.
Step 9. Confirm Your Bank Feeds 3.0 Connection
Once you've mapped your accounts, check that your new connections are working.
In File Manager, navigate to the Bank Accounts tab.
Locate your newly connected accounts.
Check that they display the Bank Feeds 3.0 label, confirming they're connected through Fiskil Open Banking.
Select the bank account, then scroll down the screen to view its available transactions and confirm that your new connection is working.
Your Migration Is Complete!
You've successfully migrated your existing Illion Bank Feeds to Agrimaster Bank Feeds 3.0.
Your new bank feeds are now connected and mapped to Agrimaster 6.5, allowing you to continue importing your bank transactions.
