Who, and what, is Grace (Support Live Help)?
Grace is our AI chatbot, and the first responder to most of our customers’ support queries. She can instantly answer questions with accurate information or relevant help articles to choose from. While she won’t be answering all our customer queries, you’re likely to meet her during peak times, or if you get in touch while our human teammates are off the clock. She can also very easy assist you in creating a support ticket, a designated call or give you a support number in case you are a looking to call us.
Where does Grace find her information?
Grace uses the wealth of information across Agrimaster’s extensive Help Centre to ensure technical accuracy. She also has an extensive knowledge database that our Customer Success team are constantly updating, so she is being taught by the best - her human teammates!
Why is Grace being used?
Grace’s encyclopedic knowledge of Agrimaster will help us to provide immediate 24/7 service for most types of support requests using excessive library of videos and help articles.
“Chatbots” have been around for a while - Their reputation as reliable support agents has steadily improved over the years, and we’re finally seeing the technology be able to effectively engage with the nuanced questions that customers need to ask.
So, we are now fully confident in Grace’s ability to take charge of our first responses. And for anything that requires a more bespoke approach, our team of Customer Success Specialists are still here to help! Which brings us to…
But I want to talk to a human, not an AI. Can I still do that?
Of course! We are not reducing any of our availability, and we still have a very skilled team at our Support Centre who have extensive experience & training in providing all types of farm finance related support over the phone or via remote support session. We constantly keep improving this support as we understand the needs of our customers very well.
I have security and privacy concerns. What does Grace do with my data?
Grace takes the data from our publicly available Help Centre and Agrimaster Learning videos, along with an extensive internal knowledge database, and uses this to respond to your questions. Grace doesn’t have access to your Agrimaster account, so cannot access any of your financial information.
There is no change from how Agrimaster has always managed customer data in Intercom; your personal data is stored in Agrimaster Intercom workspace, and this remains secure and protected.
