Budgeting can be a time-consuming exercise. To help speed up your data entry when using Full Budgets, use the below shortcuts.
In Worksheets
Key | Function |

Open calculator Click EX to export the result into the field. While F3 works in many areas, the EX option only appears when the cursor is in a field that requires a number |
F5 |
Allows you to do one of the following (depending on what column you have selected in the worksheet)
Available in specific parts of a Full Budget worksheet. For more information on this function, refer to this video which shows examples of these being used |
F7 |
Delete line Highlight the line number first, then use F7 to delete it |
F8 |
Use in any cell which has a Month distribution to quickly check the code, bank account and distribution. F8 can also be used to recalculate the distribution if code or amount is not correct |
F10 |
Save Same function as the green tick |
Esc |
Exit Same function as the black cross |
