Locked Out of Agrimaster Due to an Expired File?
If you’ve been directed to this page because your Agrimaster file has expired due to a missed payment, don’t worry — we’re here to help you get back up and running.
To regain access, you can:
- Call us on (08) 6380 8800
- Book a call with our team: Select a time
- Submit a ticket
- We also send an overdue invoice email with a payment link within 24 hours of the file being locked. Update your card details there to pay, unlock your file, and save your new billing info.

To Update Your Billing Details:
- Login to Agrimaster.
- Select the file you wish to manage the subscription details for.
- Select View Billing. Another tab will open up the Billing Details screen with your subscription details. The following details can be updated by selecting Update Information.
- The screen will open to the Billing Information; here, you can add the address to your billing details. Once entered press Save.
- It's important to note that each file has its billing information; if you wish to update your billing details for all your files, you will need to repeat steps 2-6 for each file.
