Files Automatically Opening On Download

Internet Banking files must never be opened by Microsoft Excel before importing into Agrimaster otherwise it may be unreadable.

You will have to redownload the file from your Internet Banking website if this happens.

In case your browser is automatically opening your files you can remove this feature in your browser by navigating to your browser settings in Chrome or Edge.

This is usually triggered by accidentally clicking Always open files of this type when trying to open in Google Chrome. 

Opening in Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More and click Settings.
   
3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
4. Under the Downloads section, adjust your download settings. Click Clear under Open certain file types automatically after downloading. 

Opening in Microsoft Edge

1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
2. At the top right, click More ​and select Settings.
   
3. At the bottom, click Downloads.
4. Under the Downloads section, adjust your download settings. Click Clear under Open certain file types automatically after downloading.
