Edit An Asset SubClass

A subclass is useful if you have a large number of items within a class and wish to break them up into smaller groups (subclasses).

To Edit A SubClass

1. From the Home Page, click Assets & Stock. 
   
   
2. Click Asset Register.
   
   
3. The Asset Register window will open. 
4. Click the Edit button to open the Set Asset Details window.
5. Click the subclass classification Edit button to open the Asset List window.
   
6. Select the subclass to modify in Choose SubClass to Modify field. 
7. Make the changes in the Edit Subclass box. 
8. Click the green tick to save.
