Add An Asset SubClass

A subclass is useful if you have a large number of items within a class and wish to break them up into smaller groups (subclasses).

To Add A SubClass 

  1. From the Home Page, click Assets & Stock.

  2. Click Asset Register.

  3. The Asset Register window will open. 
  4. Click the Edit button to open the Set Asset Details window.
  5. Click the subclass classification Edit button to open the Asset List window.
  6. In Choose SubClass to Modify dialogue box, select Enter New SubClass.
  7. Enter the new SubClass in the SubClass Name.
  8. Click on the green tick to save the changes and return to the Set Asset Details window.
