File In Use On This Computer

This article is for users who are receiving "File In Use On this Computer" pop-up. 

Please Note: This doesn't apply to versions prior to Release 6.5.0. If you have not updated to the latest version, click here to update. If you are experiencing this issue and are unable to update to version 6.5.0, contact Customer Support on 08 6380 8800

​If you see the message "File In Use on this computer" one of the following may have occurred:

  • You left Agrimaster and File Manager open.
  • Microsoft did an automatic update.
  • Your computer shut down or power cut out unexpectedly.


To remove this pop-up and open the file correctly:

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Ensure you are connected to the internet.
  3. Reopen Agrimaster.
