If you have contacted Customer Support to request a new replacement file, once the replacement file is delivered to your user number you have approximately 2 months to set it up. This includes finalising your existing file and importing data into your new file.
Once this time has elapsed, your existing file will be assigned a read only licence and your new file will take over the subscription.
If you run out of time, you need to let Customer Support know as soon as possible, as the countdown will start as soon as you receive the file.
