As A Customer, How Can I Identify Unlicensed Files Before Updating to Release 6.5.0

  1. review the number of files you have in your File Manager and stored locally.
  2. Review the number of subscriptions you have.
  3. If the number of files you have is greater than your number of subscriptions, you will need to purchase a subscription for the files you would like to keep.
