Q. Can I delete codes and bank accounts in Agrimaster 10?
A. No. Agrimaster 6.5 remains the source of truth for all bank accounts and codes.
When you onboard to Agrimaster 10, the bank accounts and codes associated with your selected Quick Budgets are imported from Agrimaster 6.5.
Q. How do I restore previous budget revisions in Agrimaster 10, like I can in Agrimaster 6.5?
A. Budget revision history is not currently available in Agrimaster 10. This feature is planned for a future release.
Q. How many people can access an Agrimaster 10 budget at the same time?
A. Agrimaster 10 currently supports single-user access only.
Multi-user access will be available in a future release.
Q. Can I share my budgets with my accountant, consultant, business partner or others?
A. File sharing will be available in a future release.
Future releases will also include the ability to view who created or last updated a budget.
Q. Can I print the period range view?
A. For budgets longer than 12 months, Agrimaster 10 currently prints the entire budget period. Printing a single year or a selected date range is not yet supported but is planned for a future release.
The Bank Account Summary, Cashflow Summary, and Tax Summary are included at the end of the report and display combined totals for the entire budget period.
Q. When will Full Budgeting and Worksheet modelling be available in Agrimaster 10?
A. We are just at the start of the Agrimaster 10 journey. All of these features you have come to love and play a big part in your business decision-making will be provided in future releases.
In the meantime, you can continue using Agrimaster 6.5 for all your Full Budgeting requirements while exploring Agrimaster 10 and helping shape its future through your feedback.
Q. I have multiple bank accounts attached to my budget. How do I perform a cash transfer in Agrimaster 10?
A. Cash transfers between bank accounts are not currently supported in Agrimaster 10. This feature is planned for a future release.
Q. I converted my Full Budget to a Quick Budget so I could trial Agrimaster 10, but my cashflow is no longer separated across my bank accounts. What should I do?
A. This is a limitation of Agrimaster 6.5 Quick Budgets, where cashflow is assigned to a single bank account.
If you want your budget expenditure to be displayed against multiple bank accounts in Agrimaster 10, you will need to review the imported budget and manually allocate the transactions to the appropriate bank accounts.
Alternatively, you can create a new budget in Agrimaster 10 or create a budget from actuals, allowing the data to be aligned to each individual bank account from the start.
Q. Can I remove the watermark from my budget reports?
A. No. The watermark identifies the legal business entity that owns the Agrimaster subscription and for whom the budget was created. It also indicates that the report contains private business information.
