Q. Why can't I see all of my Quick Budgets during onboarding?
A. For a Quick Budget to be available for import into Agrimaster 10, GST must be enabled in both of the following areas in Agrimaster 6.5:

Cash Book Tax Setup
Ensure Activate GST in Budgets is selected.
Refer to: Check Tax Setups.

Quick Budget
Ensure the Tax icon is enabled for each Quick Budget you want to import.
Refer to: Quick Budgets: Interest, Opening Balances & Tax Items.
If GST is not enabled in both locations, the Quick Budget will not appear during the onboarding process.
Q. I only have Full Budgets. What import options are available?
A. Importing Full Budgets into Agrimaster 10 is not currently supported.
However, you can convert a Full Budget to a Quick Budget in Agrimaster 6.5 before importing it into Agrimaster 10.

Q. I've changed my business entity name, but the Agrimaster Registration Wizard is showing incorrect details. Why?
A. The Agrimaster Registration Wizard displays your current Agrimaster 6.5 subscription details.
If your business entity details have changed, please contact our Customer Success team, who can update your subscription details and assist you with the registration process.
Q. Which Budgets can I import into Agrimaster 10?
A. You can currently import Quick Budgets created within the last five years.
Eligibility is determined by the budget start date.
Q. How do I know whether my Agrimaster 10 codes are subject to GST?
A. Your GST settings are imported directly from your Agrimaster 6.5 code setup.
In Agrimaster 10, all budget values must be entered excluding GST. GST is then calculated automatically based on the GST settings assigned to each code.
Q. How many Agrimaster 6.5 subscriptions can I link to Agrimaster 10?
A. You can link one voucher for each primary User Number associated with an Agrimaster Standard or Agrimaster-Plus subscription.
If you have multiple subscriptions, each with its own unique primary User Number, you can link each business entity to Agrimaster 10.
Q. Can I receive additional vouchers if I have add-on subscriptions or share my subscription with a Co-Worker or Professional Partner?
A. No. Additional vouchers are not provided for add-on subscriptions or for subscriptions shared with a Co-Worker or Professional Partner.
Q. The Welcome page mentions insights, reporting and drill-down reporting. How do I access these features?
A. These features are planned for a future release and are not currently available in Agrimaster 10.
Q. Some features shown in the Help Centre and videos appear greyed out. Why can't I use them?
A. Greyed-out features indicate functionality that is planned for a future release. These features are not yet available, so selecting them will have no effect.
