KeyPay Early Adopters

Thank you for being a KeyPay Early Adopter where you’ll get an exclusive preview of the integration and help shape the final release before we launch it to all customers.

Let’s Get Started!

  1. Login to Agrimaster.

  2. Agrimaster will have automatically updated in the background. Click on the appropriate file and you will see a Payroll tab available on the left side of the screen. Click the Payroll tab.

  3. Follow the KeyPay Integration Action List before you commence the setup.

What's Next:

  1. Have your KeyPay account open on another screen/tab.
  2. Setup KeyPay integration.

  3. Complete payroll setup.

  4. Import payroll data into Agrimaster.

  5. Reconcile wages between KeyPay and Agrimaster.

  6. Reconcile super between KeyPay and Agrimaster.

  • Call 08 6380 8800 - Tell us your user number and that you are a KeyPay Early Adopter.

  • Submit a ticket with the subject line 'KeyPay Early Adopter' and include your user number. 

Providing Feedback

Ideally, we would like all feedback within 7 days. All feedback you provide will be used to shape the integration. The key things that we need to know are:

  • Did the Getting Started information help? Was there anything missing?

  • Were you able to setup and import your KeyPay data easily?

  • What can we improve?

  • Was the supporting help articles useful?

  • Did we miss anything?

Once you have completed your testing please email with the subject line KeyPay Early Adopter and include your feedback and user number. Once you have submitted it, we will be in touch to discuss your feedback and update you on what’s next.
