This file is open on this computer

File Manager is the entry point to all your Agrimaster and Wagemaster files. When you open up Agrimaster, File Manager will be launched and you will see a list of your files available to open.

If your files say Offline, you are not logged into File Manager. To have access to the latest backup and to backup your files onto the File Manager server automatically, log in at the top right-hand corner.

To open your file, click on magenta icon Open file. 

Once you have your file open, you will see the message "This file is open on this computer."

To continue working on your Agrimaster file, click on the Agrimaster icon. ​

To continue working on your Wagemaster file, click on the Wagemaster icon. ​

 

 If you are SURE Agrimaster is closed, the file may not have closed correctly last time you used it.

  1. Open File Explorer (AKA This PC or My Computer) or the yellow folder icon on the bottom left corner of your screen ​
  2. Double-click Local Disk (C:) > Users > Public > Agrimaster > work > "your user number"
  3. Check for any files that say "Microsoft access record locking information" or .ldb.
    If you find these files, right-click on the .ldb file and click delete only if you are SURE that Agrimaster is closed

DO NOT delete the AGW document

 If you are SURE Wagemaster is closed, the file may not have closed correctly the last time you used it.

  1. Open File Explorer (AKA This PC or My Computer) or the yellow folder icon on the bottom left corner of your screen ​
  2. Double-click Local Disk (C:) > Users > Public > Wage Easy Payroll > work > "your user number"
  3. Check for any files that say "Microsoft access record locking information" or .ldb.
    If you find these files, right-click on the .ldb file and click delete only if you are SURE that Wagemaster is closed

 DO NOT delete the WageEasy document
