Wagemaster® Version 6.0.1.7917

The main purpose of Wagemaster version 6.0.1.7917 is to make changes to and release additional functionality for STP Reporting.

The following changes and updates are contained in this release:

Changes & Enhancements to Australian databases

1.1 STP Reporting – Reporting changes – negative OTE, cheque payments, connection attempts

1.2 STP Reporting - Password Protected Access to STP Reporting

1.3 STP Reporting – Changes around end of financial year processing

1.4 Fix – STP allowances ‘ATO Type’ in new databases

1.1 STP Reporting – STP report changes – negative OTE, cheque payments, connection attempts

  • The changes to the reporting of ordinary time earnings (OTE) now stops negative values coming through.
  • An Employee’s chosen ‘Pay Method’ of Cheque, is now being recognised in STP reporting.
  • Reporting of connection attempts made to the STP gateway is reported on the STP Pay Event report

1.2 STP Reporting – Password Protected Access to STP Reporting

This new function allows you to restrict the access of STP Reporting to only password holders with Access Rights. The new password security option for STP is available from Setup > Passwords – User/Password Administration and User.

NB: This Access Rights option is used to change the access to STP Reporting but not the STP Gateway setup, under Company Details.

1.3 STP Reporting – Changes around end of financial year processing

Payments made to employees at year end in specific circumstances, such as termination payments processed in the first pay period of a financial year but with a termination date in the previous financial year, are now consistent with the ATO Payment Summary reporting as these are now included in STP reporting.

1.4 Fix – STP allowances ‘ATO Type’ in new databases

When setting up Allowances, the option to add an ‘ATO Type’ for STP reporting has been enabled.

This feature is primarily used when the database is created, however, if additional Allowances are set up by the end user, this is now an option. image003.png
