Training Terms & Conditions
By registering for a Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions apply to both Workshops and Webinars.
Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd reserves the right to change dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion.
Participants are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. Booking confirmations and tax invoices will be issued via email.
To secure your place in the training course, full payment must be received at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit card when booking the training on the Agrimaster website.
Participants will not be admitted if payment has not been received.
No accounts or terms are available for training payment.
Course cancelled by Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd
Where it is necessary for Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd to cancel a course, Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd will give as much notice as possible. Participants will be contacted by Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd to organise alternative arrangements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The below refund policy applies to all Workshop and Webinar Training.
Cancellations within 7 days of the training commencement date incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 7 days or more before the training commencement date will be refunded the course price less the fees listed below:
1. Any incurred booking or transaction fees issued by Eventbrite.
2. Any costs incurred by Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd as a result of the booking.
Note: Expenses are not considered part of the training course fees.
If a refund is due it will be issued within 30 days. Note: In some instances, bank account details may be required to process a refund.
Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline-tickets, accommodation, deposits, or any other expenses incurred due to course cancellations.
Transfers and Substitutions by Clients
Transfers and substitutions should be notified as soon as possible to Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1800 110 000.
Where available, substitute participants will be accepted up to the time of course commencement.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and postponement by Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd
Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or postpone any training in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers. If training is cancelled by Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd, participants will be rescheduled to the next available training session.
Webinar participants require a computer with internet access.
All internet costs associated with Webinar training are at the clients’ expense.
Webinar training content and materials will be supplied electronically.
Training Manuals, User Guides and training files will be supplied for the workshop training.
1:1 Consultancy – Conducted via Remote Access, Webinar, Face to Face or Specialised Workshop Training
Training Manuals, User Guides, training files and any handouts provided for 1:1 Consultancy will reflect the training supplied.
Unless otherwise stated, all content used for training including text, images, audio, video, computer code and software, as well Agrimaster and Wagemaster logos and trademarks are the copyright and sole property of Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd. Unauthorised use is an infringement of Australian Intellectual Property laws.
Mastergroup: refers to Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd
Workshop: An instruction led training class or course in which the participants work individually and/or in groups to practice work related tasks to gain hands on experience.
Webinar: An interactive instructor/trainer led internet conference or online workshop allowing participants in different locations to attend using web conferencing.
1:1 Consultancy: Training provided by a trainer to another person, in a face-to-face situation either in the same location or using web conferencing.
