Training Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Mastergroup training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  

Mastergroup reserves the right to change dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion. 

Course descriptions are available from the Agrimaster website.   

Bookings 

Attendees are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings will be confirmed in writing via email and a tax invoice will be issued.  

Payment for Course Attendance  

Full payment must be received at the time of booking training course. Attendees for whom payment hasn’t been received will not be admitted. Payment will be accepted by credit card (MasterCard/Visa Card) by calling our office on 1800 110 000.  

No accounts or terms are available for training payment.  

Course cancelled by Mastergroup 

Where it is necessary for Mastergroup to cancel a course for any reason Mastergroup will give as much notice as possible and will contact attendees to arrange alternatives. 

Cancellations, Transfers and Substitutions by Clients 

Booking cancellations, transfers and substitutions should be notified as soon as possible to Mastergoup. Email: training@agrimaster.com.au or call 1800 110 000 

Attendees may cancel at no penalty no later than 5 working days prior to commencement of the course.  

100 % Cancellation fee applies for cancellations of 5 working days or less.  

Any refund, or part thereof, re-allocation of course fees is solely at the discretion of Mastergroup. 

Substitute participants will be accepted up to the time of course commencement. 

If attendance is cancelled or postponed by the client, all agreed expenses incurred must be paid for in full. 

Mastergroup assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline-tickets, accommodation, deposits, or any other expenses incurred due to course cancellations. 

Cancellations, Rescheduling and postponement by Mastergroup 

Mastergroup reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or postpone any training in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers. If training is cancelled by Mastergroup, participants will be offered a place in the next available training session. 

Refunds  

Refunds due to cancellation will be for the training fee less any costs incurred by Mastergroup.  
Note: Expenses are not considered part of the training course fees. 

If a refund is due it will be issued within thirty days. Note: Bank details are required to process a refund. 

Appropriateness of Course 

It is the responsibility of the client or individual making the course booking to ensure that the course as outlined is appropriate for the requirements of the attendee. 

If a training course extends over more than one session, each session is a pre-requisite for the subsequent session.  It may be necessary to cancel participation if the participant is unable to understand or follow instruction due to lack of pre-required knowledge. 

Webinar Training  

All telephone costs associated with Webinar training are for the clients’ account. 

Webinar delegates need a computer with internet access and a telephone. 

Webinar User Guides will be supplied electronically. 

First-time users of Webinar technology are encouraged to link in early to allow sufficient time to test system access. 

Workshop Training  

Training User Guide will be supplied at workshop training.  

1:1 Consultancy – Webinar or Specialised Workshop Training 

User Guides, training files and any handouts provided for 1:1 Consultancy (either Webinar or Workshop) will reflect the training supplied. 

Training Venues 

Mastergroup ensures all facilities and equipment available at our training centre in Shenton Park conforms to WorkSafe WA requirements. 

If Mastergroup is contracted to provide training for an organisation at an alternative site WorkSafe standards must be adhered to. If the venue is not suitable, the trainer has the right to refuse to train at the venue.

Unless otherwise stated, all content used for training including text, images, audio, video, computer code and software, as well as Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd,  Agrimaster and Wagemaster logos and trademarks are the copyright and sole property of Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd. Unauthorised use is an infringement of Australian Intellectual Property laws. 

Privacy  

We care for your privacy. We collect your personal information so that we may process your training registration. You can contact Mastergroup about your privacy by email: marketing@mastergroup.net.au. 

Definitions 

Mastergroup refers to Master Group (Aust.) Pty Ltd 

Business Day means any day except Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday in Perth, Western Australia. 

Workshop means an instruction led training class or course in which the participants work individually and/or in groups to practice work related tasks to gain hands on experience. 

Webinar means an interactive instructor/trainer led internet conference or online workshop allowing participants in different locations to attend using web conferencing. 

1:1 Consultancy means training provided by a trainer to another person, in a face-to-face situation either in the same location or using web conferencing.
