What to do Before the File Manager Upgrade

  • Agree with your client which file is the correct/current version. 
  • If you have a client's file that has not been shared with you via m:drive and you have the current version:  
    • Email this file to your client for them to use as their current.  
    • Ask them to set up sharing with you in File Manager. This is now the only file you will both work on.  
  • If you have a client’s budget copy saved within your firm:  
    • Email this copy to your client and ask them to import the budget into their main file 
    • Ask them to set up sharing with you in File Manager. This is now the only file you will both work on. 
  • Make sure that anyone who uses Agrimaster knows the user number and password.
