Email Budgets & Worksheets in PDF Format

As an alternative to sharing your whole file, Agrimaster provides a PDF option when printing to enable sharing of your budgets and worksheets via email.

Email a Full Budget as a PDF

Follow these steps to email your Agrimaster Full Budget to your accountant, consultant or bank:

  1. On the Home Page
  2. Click Budget 
  3. Full Budget 
  4. Click Open Budget  
  5. On the list, select the budget you want to send
  6. Click the printer icon on the far right 
  7. In Report Version/Style, select Version 6 
  8. On the Preview screen, click the email icon on the top right 
  9. Click on Open Folder Now 
  10. Select your budget from the list of documents that appear when you click Open Folder Now
  11. Right-click the document icon, select Send to and then Mail Recipient 
  1. Your email program should now open a blank email with the document attached. Enter the recipient’s email address, any comments and then send the email. 

Email Full Budget Worksheets as a PDF

Follow these steps to email your Agrimaster Full Budget Worksheet(s) to your accountant, consultant or bank:

  1. On the Home Page
  2. Click Budget 
  3. Click Full Budget    
  4. Click Worksheets 
  5. Click Print Worksheets 
  6. In Full Budget Names, select the budget to which the worksheets are attached, then select Version 6 
  7. Click the green tick
  8. Click the email icon on the top right 
  9. Click Open Folder Now 
  10. Select your worksheets from the list of documents that appear when you click Open Folder Now
  11. Right-click the document icon, select Send to and then Mail recipient 
  12. Your email program should now open a blank email with the document attached. Enter the recipient’s email address, any comments and then send the email.

Email a Quick Budget as a PDF

Follow these steps to email your Agrimaster Quick Budget to your accountant, consultant or bank:

  1. On the Home Page
  2. Click Budget 
  3. Click Quick Budget 
  4. Click Open Quick Budget 
  5. On the list, select the budget you want to send
  6. Click the printer icon on the far right 
  7. Click the email icon on the top right 
  8. Click Open Folder Now 
  9. Select your budget on the list from the list of documents that appear when you click Open Folder Now
  10. Right-click the document icon, select Send to and then Mail recipient
  11. Your email program should now open a blank email with the document attached. Enter the recipient’s email address, any comments and then send the email.
