Systems Requirement & Compatibility

Before you install Agrimaster on your computer, below are things you need to be aware of:

Windows Operating Systems

Agrimaster is compatible with Microsoft Windows-based computers. The current supported versions of Windows are:

  • Windows Vista (As of 11th April 2017, Windows Vista will no longer be supported by Agrimaster)
  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8
  • Windows 10

Note: Windows XP is no longer supported by Agrimaster.

Agrimaster works with both 32 and 64 bit processors and their respective versions of windows listed above.

Compatibility includes a range of Windows ‘Tablets’ such as the Surface Pro.

Follow these steps to find out which Windows Operating System you are running on your PC:

  • Click the Start button and then type winver in the search box
  • Double-click winver in the list of results to open the About Windows dialog box, where you'll see the version of Windows that your PC is running.

Internet

Internet access is required for:

  • Automatic updates
  • m:drive usage
  • Recommended for activation of your software

Hardware Requirements

The minimum recommended hardware requirements are :

  • 500GB Hard drive
  • 1 GB Ram

Apple/Macintosh (Mac)

Agrimaster is not compatible with the Apple/Macintosh Operating Systems (Mac O/S) however, customers may choose to install a virtual environment/virtual machine on a Mac that will allow a supported Windows Operating System to be installed. Agrimaster can then be installed in the Windows environment.

Should you wish to use a Mac, refer to your Apple/Mac dealer, retailer or PC Technician for advice on installing, maintaining and using a virtual environment/virtual machine such as Bootcamp, VMware or Parallels and then installing a compatible version of Windows.

Note: We do not provide technical support for the setup or use of virtual environment/virtual machine or Apple/Macintosh Operating Systems.

Computer Servers

Agrimaster is not designed to work on Servers.

We do not provide technical support or assistance for the installation or maintenance of our software on Servers including Terminal Server, Citrix or Windows Server environments.
